RCS counts on your support
Every Voice Matters. Including Yours!
Every time Reading Community Singers takes the stage, we share a community, a passion, and a voice. But putting on great concerts takes more than a group of people who love to sing! The people and businesses in our community are the village that helps us keep singing.
Your donation supports Reading Community Singers:
- Sheet music and rehearsal costs for our upcoming season
- Accompanists, instrumentalists, costumes, and props that bring performances to life
- Rehearsal and performance space rentals
- Our annual scholarship for a promising local student continuing their music education
- Keeping ticket prices accessible for everyone in our community
Investing in Future Musicians
Supporting young musicians has always been at the heart of the Reading Community Singers mission. Each spring, we award a scholarship to a talented local student. Our 2026 recipient, Allison Hall, is a gifted multi-instrumentalist who plays piano, violin, bass, and guitar. Sheβs currently attending Worcester Polytechnic Institute to study engineering and minor in musicYour donations help us support musicians like Allison for years to come.
Beyond the Concert Stage
Reading Community Singers perform at community events like the Reading Holiday Tree Lighting and the Menorah Lighting throughout the year, bringing people together through the beauty of music.
